Credle Custom Builders was founded by husband-and-wife team Spencer and Ashley Credle, who share a passion for creating lasting value through quality construction and thoughtful planning.

Spencer comes from a family of general contractors and engineers. After earning his engineering degree, he built his career in the corporate world, managing and contributing to several large, complex commercial projects. His drive to build a legacy for his own family—rooted in experience, discipline, and grit—led to the creation of Credle Custom Builders.

Ashley brings a strong background in business and entrepreneurship. Having grown up in a family of business owners, she understands the power of opportunity and the importance of relationships. As a licensed REALTOR® in North Carolina, Ashley combines her love for real estate and project development to help clients see the potential in every property and guide them through the process of bringing their vision to life.

Together, Spencer and Ashley have built Credle Custom Builders on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and family values.
